Fluted rollers are used for metering the seed and fertiliser is metered with a agitator over a circular orifice which are driven by chain and sprocket mechanism driven by the ground wheel. Drive wheels are fixed to the frame with stub axles. One of the wheels carries a sprocket to power the fluted roller assemblies. Furrow openers are attached to the frame with the help of shanks. |
